My Home Konadasapura is a pre-launch integrated residential township by My Home Group at Konadasapura Village, near Budigere Cross, on Whitefield–Hoskote Road in East Bengaluru 560049 — the Hyderabad group’s first Bengaluru project and, on independent accounts, the largest residential scheme it has built. The marketing material describes about 58 acres with roughly 70 per cent open space, eight towers of ground-plus-twenty and more than 5,500 apartments in 1, 2, 2.5, 3 & 4 BHK layouts from 600 to 2,200 sq.ft, with possession from 2031. Independent reporting describes a 52-acre Bangalore Development Authority parcel acquired through an affiliate, 5,735 homes, and a mixed-use scheme including about 5 million sq.ft of offices — and the project’s own master plan shows about seventeen towers rather than eight. None of it is registered: Karnataka RERA registration is stated as applied for, no number has been issued, and under section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 a promoter may not advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale in an unregistered project.
